Ah yeah I didn't think the middle one was you. I guess he/she shall remain a mystery for now : I hope I get to colour your lines again someday!

Heh, the expression on Capt. Britain's face is wonderful - the stupid smug bastard.

Out of curiosity, just how does it take you at a go to do one of these on average? And I'm assuming Painter? I just recently got my own tablet and have only been dinking around with it so far in Photoshop. It came with the Painter setup, but I don't know how well that would run on my 30 GB laptop.

Hey man! It takes about a day to do each I'd say...With occasional smatterings of surfing the net, eating, playing counterstrike...but it depends on the complexity. *I think the professor X one took a couple days to get right...*

It's actually all Photoshop (CS 2), I've yet to really do anything serious in painter. I tried painter 9 a few years ago but got piss scared by all the brushes and shit. I missed my standard basic PS airbrush...I'm gonna be getting Painter 10 soon though! I'm told I NEED to start using it so I guess I will.

How big'z yo tablet? I've been using a dinky 4x5 all the time *am upgrading to a 4x6! ho ho....*

6x8 actually -- got it for X-Mas... quite a spiffy X-mas present at that.

Still, it should be more than obvious it doesn't matter the size the tablet, but theeprson using it. I still have a ton left to do before I'm entirely comfortable with it.

I'm at a studio and they've got some, like...12x...19? someting ones...they're huge, and I can't say my paintings look any better using them. But I do tiny little strokes with my wrist, I figure if one could train themselves to use the arm and all that their stuff would look much more dynamic or something.

Have you seen those Cintique ones? It's like a fucking giant tablet and monitor rolled into one. I WANT ONE...(3000$)
