Why does this composition make me some what taken back!
There is no blood no open flesh no evil eyes nor dis-figuration.
But yet the symbolism and body language implies much brooding and pending danger; And that hair its so- writhing! uggg and facial expression so callous and erie!
I think thats what brings the discomfort the most, the fact that she has a scalpel in her hand, shes placid and her left strap is dropping! some serious stuff will in-sue. Not good.

Excellent as usual

the colours are great :) it's awesome that you used some pink :D (not because I like pink that much, but because you're trying to find new ways of expressing yourself). the hair is a bit disgusting ; ) I like her face a lot and the idea of the whole piece.

i love your technique. there are a lot of digital painters who are incredibly talented, yet suffer from having work that looks exactly the same. yours doesn't. i love how a lot of your work carries this grittiness to it, a lot of texture. anyway, awesome work.

I want to try to stand out, you're right. I've become disillusioned with the perfectionist CG painting ways :(
