Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Uhhh, sorry I haven't been submitting anything recently. Freelance is taking up alot my free time...um.

I did get to see Star Wars again with

though. She's never seen the originals so we had a little marathon.

She only got half way through A New Hope. Too many robots and not enough kissing, aparently. I think she liked Empire Strikes Back better, there was some sexual tension going on bow shika bow wow. And man I forgot how awesome that movie is. I think she only fell asleep once during that. I also forgot how BAD Return of the Jedi was. Man, it should have been really easy to predict how bad the prequels were going to be based off seeing George's latest work. Fiona LOVED THE EWOKS. I fucking hate 'em. AT-ST's are fucking useless.

Okay waiiiiiiiiit, two points:

1) I think RotJ is a wonderful movie

2) it was directed by Richard Marquand

Everyone was excited when Lucas said he was going to direct the prequels, but he as a director only actually touched ANH. Empire and Jedi were defferent people altogether. The original Star Wars shines because it was his great journey to prove himself, but once that was done he took a back seat and let others take the helm (and I don't blame him).
